Super competent team. We gave two old laPavonis for repair and they came back flawlessly at a fair price.

Unfortunately completely overpriced. I like to support retailers, but if an item is 100% more expensive than online and the price for a portafilter machine is € 200 above the manufacturer's recommended price, I cannot and will not support that!

Absolutely competent advice on everything to do with coffee and accessories. I can only advise anyone who wants to get a new coffee system to do so here. The two introductions (operation and cleaning after one month of use) ensure that you not only have an expensive machine, but that you can also use it properly. Verena does a good job, thank you!

Tasty coffee

Very well equipped coffee shop with accessories, which is often only available online with a long waiting time and high shipping costs. Coffee geeks get their money's worth here!

Such a fine selection of high-quality machines and accessories is really rare. In the lovingly furnished shop in the old town, coffee lovers will find everything their hearts desire. Inconspicuous from the outside but appearances are deceptive. Everyone has to take a look here! The owners are very friendly and give serious and professional advice. And very important ... here you can also have a great coffee or espresso. The seats outside are a dream, just like the coffee!

We are very happy that we bought our portafilter machine in this specialty shop. Niklas gave us very friendly and competent advice and answered all of our questions with patience. When he picked up the machine, he and Verena took a lot of time to explain us how to make espresso - we would have been stuck at home alone, because layman machines are not that easy to understand for laymen. ;) Now we can cook perfect espresso and cappuccino at home, many thanks to the Dolce Vita team and see you soon!

Where can you find exactly the espresso machine that suits you perfectly? In the Dolce Vita Coffee Shop !!! It took a lot of time for the advice and showed great patience until I had made the right choice. The handling of the machine was explained in detail and understandable and I also learned something worth knowing about the coffee bean and coffee tasting. This made the purchase of my machine a special experience!

A very nice store with a good selection of products. The advice is competent and friendly. One responded to customer questions, the conversation was not intrusive and I felt almost family. The store is my absolute recommendation in Konstanz, if you want something about coffee, which is not off the peg.

The decoration and the concept is beautiful, baristas are really nice people... but the coffee was awful. Please, please clean the shower (group) head every once in a while. I really hate to drink the coffee dregs' juice :(

Milk based espresso drinker here from downunder...so I'm comparing the coffee to Aussie and Kiwi styled latte and flat whites. The staff were absolutely lovely!! Cake was great too! Yum! However the coffee was over espressed (too much water pulled through the double shot - about half a cup - and he was chatting to his colleague while it ran. :-( sadly the coffee was as you'd expect after that. But the cheesecake was nice :)
